We at worldwidewhistleblowers.com would like to pass on to our readers some examples of actual case files of those brave individuals who have blown the whistle on a large corporation, company or individual. It doesn’t matter if the case did not win in the courts, but our interest lies in the process and the trials and tribulations the informant went through to bring the case to public view. This information may be of some future help to those considering becoming a whistleblower and what similarities may exist from case to case. We will be presenting material in as complete a form as possible in a new section labeled “Case Files”. Please feel free to email or snail mail any reliable whistle blower case information you have regarding a matter that preferably you have experienced, or a contact email of someone you know that has gone through the process. We may not be able to legally post those cases currently before the courts, so please include all pertinent dates as to when the action took or is taking place, and the location(s) as whistleblower laws differ greatly from country to country. Please send your submissions via email or snail mail to the email address or box number listed in our “Contact” section. Print “Case File” on the email subject line or, if sending by post, print “Case File” on the envelope.

Books and Movies PDF Print E-mail

There is a plethora of books and movies (and television programs) that deal with our favorite subject, whistle blowing. More often than not movies and television presentations are purely fictional, or at best sensationalized versions of true stories. One has to take into account that the entertainment industry is in the business to make money and not all whistleblower stories are the stuff of billion dollar blockbusters. Books fall into the same category, but then again there are quite a few out there that look at the serious side of the subject and give a voice and advice to potential informants. The staff at worldwidewhistleblowers.com is not here to commend or condemn the written word or story on film, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t. We would like to hear your thoughts on the latest book, movie or television presentation. Since we all have varied views and opinions, the more critiques from as many people as possible the better! We will try to list as many books and movies that we know about, but if you see something that we do not list, please let us know and we will try to follow it up. Send your submissions via email to the address as listed in our “Contact” section with “Review” written in the subject line.

News Articles PDF Print E-mail

The news articles we feature are culled mainly from national news sources from all over the world. Since there are stringent copyright laws that prohibit us from posting an article word for word, and reproduction fees are quite high, we are forced to print only a synopsis of the news in our own words or list only a headline and an internet link to the archive of the news source if possible. It is also impossible for us to catch all but the most publicized whistleblower news as we have a very small staff and limited resources. You can help by being a watchdog in your area and forwarding us news from your local papers that have not made the national press. Please send by email to the address in the “Contact” section, and type “News” in the subject line.
